Aqua Serena Reception, Pool Facilities & Bistro
General
We welcome able bodied and disabled customers and have created wheelchair access to the new toilet and shower building, and in some other areas, but due to structural constrictions and sloping terrain, our facilities may not cater for the specific needs of all disabled people.
At each annual review we consider what further improvements can be made for the benefit of guests of all abilities, subject to the physical limitations imposed by the nature of the land and buildings and welcome your suggestions..
All public buildings and facilities at Brongwyn are "No Smoking areas".
We welcome assistance dogs within the touring and camping area, subject to the general booking conditions applicable to pets.
